Farmer Step-by-Step Guide
This guide explains how to add cashiers to your approved farm so they can help complete transactions using the Healthy Together app.
Step 1: Open Manage Cashiers
- Sign in to the Healthy Together App
- From the main dashboard, select Manage Cashiers
Step 2: Review Your Farm Details
On the Manage Cashiers page, you will see:
- Your Healthy Together Farm ID number
- Your farm name
- Your farm address
- A list of all people currently associated with your farm
Step 3: Invite a Cashier
To add a new cashier:
- Tap Invite Cashier

Choose how you want to send the invitation:
- By phone number, or
- By email address
If inviting by phone:
- Enter the cashier’s phone number
- Enter their first and last name
- Tap Invite
Step 4: What the Cashier Needs to Do
Before the cashier can help with transactions, they must complete a few setup steps.
1. Download the App and Create an Account
- The cashier will receive a text message or email with a link to download the Healthy Together app
- They must create their own Healthy Together account
If they need help, refer them to the training titled “Create a Healthy Together Account.”
Step 5: Cashier Connects to Your Farm
Once the cashier signs in:
- They will see the main screen
- Have them select your state’s Authorized Farmer program
- They should review the information
- Instead of tapping Apply, they must select Connect to My Account
Step 6: Accept the Invitation

The cashier selects the same connection method you used to invite them
(phone or email) -
They enter:
- Their contact information
- Their last name
- They enter the Farm ID number
The Farm ID number is found in the Manage Cashiers tab under farm details.
Step 7: Cashier Is Ready to Go
Once the Farm ID is entered and connected:
- The cashier is officially linked to your farm
- They can now perform transactions in the Healthy Together app
You can return to Manage Cashiers at any time to:
- View all people associated with your farm
Invite additional cashiers as needed
