How to Navigate the WIC Tab

Navigating Participant Tabs in the Admin Portal

After logging in to the Admin Portal, you'll see navigation tabs on the left-hand side. Depending on your state, you may have a Senior tab, a WIC tab, or both. The layout and functionality are the same across both.

Using the WIC or Senior Tab

1. Use the county/clinic and status filters at the top of the screen to narrow your results.
2. Click an Applicant ID to view details for a specific household.

Use the status dropdown near the top of the screen to update a participant's status, following your state's process.
