How to Check a Participant’s FMNP Balance

This guide explains how farmers can quickly check a participant’s remaining FMNP balance using the Healthy Together app.

Step 1: Open the Check Balance Tool

1. Sign in to the Healthy Together App
2. From the main dashboard, select Check Balance
    

Step 2: Scan the Participant’s QR Code

1. Ask the participant to show their Healthy Together QR code
2. Use your device to scan the code:
   • Hold your device steady
   • Center the QR code on the screen
      

Step 3: Review the Balance Information

After the QR code is scanned, the app will display:

• The participant’s current FMNP balance
• The last day the benefits can be used

This allows you and the participant to confirm available funds before completing a transaction.

Step 4: Return to the Dashboard

1. Tap Close

You’ll be returned to the main dashboard, ready for your next action
