How to Create a Healthy Together Account

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download the Healthy Together App

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

2. Search for Healthy Together.

3. Tap Download or Install.

4. Open the app once installation is complete.

Step 2: Tap Get Started

1. On the welcome screen, tap Get Started.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address or Phone Number

1. Enter either:

   • Your email address, or

   • Your mobile phone number.

2. Make sure the information is correct.

3. Tap Continue.

Step 4: Enter the 6-Digit Verification Code

1. Check your email or text messages for a message from Healthy Together.

2. Find the 6-digit verification code.

3. Return to the app and enter the code.

4. Tap Verify or Continue.

Step 5: Enter Your First and Last Name

1. Enter your first name.

2. Enter your last name.

3. Tap Continue to complete setup.

Completion Check

You’re finished when:

• The app opens successfully

• You see the Healthy Together home screen or dashboard

• Didn’t receive the code? Check your contact information, wait a minute and request a new one.

• Code expired? Request a new 6-digit code.
