How to View Your Benefits in the Healthy Together App

Using Virginia as an example

After logging into the Healthy Together app and tapping the Benefits tab, follow the steps below to view your benefit card, remaining balance, and transaction history.

Note: This example uses the Virginia Senior Farm Market Fresh Program (FMF). If you're in a different state or using a different benefit program, your screen may look slightly different—but the steps will be the same.

Step 1: Select Your Benefit Program

From the Benefits screen, tap on the benefit listed under Connected. In this Virginia example, it’s labeled "Virginia Senior FMF."

Step 2: Tap “View My Benefits”

Inside the program screen, tap the button labeled “View My Benefits” to access your digital card and benefit details.

Step 3: Tap on Your Digital Card

You’ll see your digital benefits card displayed. Tap directly on the card to open more detailed information.

Step 4: View Your Balance and Transactions

Once expanded, you'll be able to see:

• Your digital benefit card (with a scannable QR or barcode)

• Your current remaining balance

• A list of transactions, including market redemptions
