Once you’ve been approved for the FMNP program, you’ll receive your benefits card, which you can use immediately online or via physical delivery. Below are all the ways to access and use your card.
Using your FMNP benefits has never been easier. There are 4 ways to do it!
Option 1: Make a purchase with your digital card (NO WAITING!)
Once your application is approved, you can access your card immediately through:
The Healthy Together app on your smartphone
The Healthy Together website on any internet-connected device
To view your card:
Log in to your Healthy Together account
Click into your connected Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)
Tap View Benefits or go to your Wallet
From there, you can:
View your FMNP card image
Print a copy of the card from any computer
Use the QR code or card number for transactions
A smartphone is not required. Participants can log in from any device with internet access to retrieve or print their card.
Option 2: Make a purchase with your physical card (7-10 business days)
If you selected physical card delivery during your application, and have not received the card physically from an agency or clinic, your card will be:
Processed within 4 to 6 business days
Delivered by mail approximately 7 to 10 business days after it ships
We do not currently provide tracking numbers. However, participants will receive a message notifying them of their approval and providing an estimated delivery window.
If your card has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact your local agency for assistance.
Option 3: Make a purchase with a copy of your card (PDF or Image)
If you are unable to access your card, an authorized admin can assist you. Admins who manage or approve applications have access to participant card PDFs and can:
Print the card for in-person pickup
Email or text a copy of the card
Share your card number directly for use at markets
Before sending your card details, admins are required to confirm your name, birthdate, and mailing address for verification.
Option 4: Make a purchase with just your card number and PIN. (No card required!)
You can still use your benefits even if you do not have your card with you. Farmers can manually enter your card number to complete a transaction.
What to Do If You Lose Your Card
If you lose your physical card, you do not need a replacement. Follow these steps:
Contact your local agency
Update your PIN and Card Number
Log in to your Healthy Together account
View or print the updated card
Use your new card number for future transactions
We are not currently re-issuing physical cards. Use the digital or printed version, or ask your local admin for your card number if needed.
