You can use any email address or cell phone number to create your Healthy Together user account. This does not need to match the email or phone number listed in your farm or cashier details.
✅ Step 1: Create Your Healthy Together User Account
To get started, download the Healthy Together app and sign up using:
Any email address
Any cell phone number
This contact information is used to log in and manage your Healthy Together user account.
NOTE: This does not need to be the same email or phone number listed on your farm profile or invitation.
✅ Step 2: Connect to Your Farm (for Farmers) or Cashier Account (for Agents)
After you've created a user account and are logged into the app, you'll be asked to connect to your farm or cashier account.
To do this, you’ll need to enter a few security details:
Your Farm ID (Stamp Number)
The email or phone number that was used when your farm owner or cashier account was created or invited
If the information matches, your current Healthy Together user account will be linked.
NOTE FOR FARMERS: Once your farm account is linked to a Healthy Together user account, no other user account can link to that same farm.
NOTE FOR CASHIERS: The same rule applies — if you've already connected a user account to your cashier login, you'll need to log in with that same account going forward.
🧠 Things to Keep in Mind
The email or phone number you use to log in can be different from the one listed in your farm or cashier profile.
If you try to log in with a different user account (a different email or phone), you won’t be able to connect to a farm that’s already linked to another account.
You’ll need to log out and sign in again with the original user account that was used to connect to your farm or cashier profile.
🛠 NOTE FOR FARMERS: If You Can't Access Your Farm
If you can’t access your farm or cashier account, it might be because you’re logged in with a different user account than the one originally used to connect.
Here’s how to check which account you’re using:
Open the Healthy Together app.
Tap on your initials/profile icon in the top corner of the screen.
Under your name, you’ll see the email address or phone number you’re currently logged in with.
If it’s not the account that was originally linked to your farm or cashier profile, you’ll need to:
Log out of the app
Log back in using the email or phone number you originally used
If you’re unsure which login is linked to your farm, your program administrator may be able to help by looking it up in the system.
